Amazing customer service. The spring on my garage door failed on a Friday afternoon after 22 years! ! Google 24/7 repairers on Saturday morning …. No response. My neighbour suggested Custom Garage Doors in Mona Vale who are local to me and I sent them an email with a few photos Sunday evening. I made contact by phone Monday morning at 0800 and was delighted by their response and focus by fitting me in ASAP. Communications during the morning provided me with a time the technician would be there and yep… he was early. He came prepared with a number of spring options and within 45 minutes, all fixed, operations back to normal. 10/10 from me and thank you to the team.
